My work has been influenced by several art movements.
Though my style has changed, the heart of my expression
has remained fairly constant. People, interpersonal relationships,
social consciousness, a deep reverent respect for our earth and the
connectedness of the universe has formed much of what I try to say. The series, The American Southwest, just finished in early 2002 was a return to my love of landscape. I use watercolor, pastel or oil in a style that will enhance the process of creativity - in order to say what I want to say. |
